Service and scope
OFFLAYERS provides VEYRA, a puzzle adventure built around elemental reactions. These terms describe basic conditions for play and support. Public release is in preparation; test versions may differ from the release version in availability and content.
The terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play used to obtain the app also apply. These terms do not replace platform terms such as Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement. Mandatory law and consumer rights take precedence.
Use and minors
You may use a legitimately obtained copy for personal gameplay. No developer account is required. You are responsible for managing access to your device and store account.
Minors must obtain legal-guardian consent before purchases or other actions requiring it. These terms do not limit statutory rights to cancel a minor’s contract made without required consent.
Free chapter and full-game purchase
The release plan is a free first chapter followed by a one-time in-app purchase for the full game. Check availability, included content, final price, currency and tax on the store screen before payment. The current full-game purchase is not a subscription.
Apple or Google handles payment and transaction records. Try restoring purchases with the same store account on the original platform. We do not guarantee transfer to another platform or account. Restoring an entitlement does not restore local game progress.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the payment platform’s process and applicable law. Apple purchases can be reported through Apple’s refund process; Google Play purchases can use Google Play’s refund process. Our support page links to both, and you may contact us for help.
Where lawful requirements and procedures are met, withdrawal rights for digital content may be limited after use has begun. This is not a blanket no-refund rule and does not limit rights concerning faults, misdescription, minors’ contracts or other mandatory protections.
Progress and device requirements
Progress and preferences are stored on your device. Device failure, clearing data, uninstalling, backup settings or changing devices may cause progress to be lost. We do not currently provide developer accounts or server-based cloud saves.
Downloads, updates, purchases, restoration and email support may require network or platform services even when gameplay is available offline. Test versions may contain faults or compatibility issues; we provide available information about improvements and known limits.
Content and permitted use
Rights in the game’s code, name, composition and individual content belong to OFFLAYERS or the relevant rights holders. Except as allowed by law, unauthorised copying or redistribution, dishonest payment bypasses, malware distribution and actions that harm other users or services are not permitted.
This provision does not restrict lawful rights such as research, accessibility or interoperability. Any response to misuse should be proportionate to its reason and scope, and you may contact us to question it.
Changes and discontinuation
Updates may change features, compatibility or operating requirements. We give appropriate advance notice of changes materially affecting paid entitlements or your rights and follow applicable notice, consent and remedy requirements.
If service is discontinued or purchased content can no longer be provided, we explain the available contact route and measures under applicable law and platform policy. Buying the full game does not automatically include all future separate products or additional content.
Liability and disputes
We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, statutory warranties or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact support about a problem with play or a purchase.
Korean law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution procedures are determined by applicable law.
