VEYRA is being prepared for iOS and Android. It is currently in internal testing and public downloads have not started. Public release information will appear on the game page.

Use the left and right buttons at the bottom to move. Select an element, hold in the play area to aim, then release to throw a pinch. Watch which material it actually touches and how that material reacts.

Open Controls or Hint if you are stuck to see the current objective and next action. Retrying a stage restarts the current puzzle; it is different from starting a new game and clearing the full save.

Sign in to the same Apple or Google account on the original purchase platform, then use Restore purchases in the app menu. A network connection may be needed. Purchases do not transfer across platforms or accounts.

If restoration fails, send your app version, operating system, purchase platform and a description of the issue. We will ask separately if an order reference is needed. We do not need your password or card number.

Progress is stored on your device; developer-operated cloud sync is not available. Contact us before uninstalling or clearing data to fix an issue. Restoring a purchase checks full-game access; it does not recover deleted progress.

You can use the official refund process for the platform that charged you. Apple and Google Play guidance is linked below. Email support if purchased content does not open or differs from its description. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Email bessl.framework@gmail.com. For a game issue, include the app version, device and OS, the location in the game and what happened just before it. Hide unnecessary names, email addresses or order details in screenshots.

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, use “Privacy request” in the subject. The privacy contact is Jae-seong Jeong (정재성). Do not send card details, passwords or identity documents.
